Buy the large
68 degree water kept my head warm all day quality material haven't owned it long enough to tell how long it would last but seems to be good quality. I bought the large I wouldn't go smaller unless you have a tiny head or a really small neck.

A bit small around the neck for me but built well
I have broad shoulders and a thick neck I got an XL after taking my own measurements.. unfortunately it was to small and I will need to get a larger one. Maybe do to having a larger neck and or my/company’s measurements are a bit off any way it looked to be built very well … looking forward to trying on that fits better. If ya got a larger neck may wanna go for the larger size
