I’ve tried several brands from Amazon and this is the only one that works. I now sleep all through the night (no more melatonin for me) and much calmer during the day. Totally worth it. I even subscribed for it monthly. One tip, change the location of the patch regularly. When I place it around the arch, I still do well but not as much junk is being pulled from there anymore. On the other hand, the heel is pulling a lot so I tend to apply the patch there.

I suffer with neuropathy in my feet, the pads work very well, easing the pain they do adhere very well, but to make sure, because I tend to move around a lot, I wear some cotton socks.

These seem to be working well, but not as easy to use (for me, at least). The adhesive is separate from the actual pad. A couple of times I had to also apply a band-aid to keep it on because the adhesive stuck to itself before I could apply it to my foot. Okay, I'm not so coordinated at midnight after a 5-hour shift on my feet--LOL!

The key to these foot pads is to wear socks with them at night. Yes, your socks will smell like charcoal but I soak mine in baking soda, then wash like regular. But, THEY DO WORK! My energy level has increased, I’m sleeping better, and I have noticed that I am not so bloated. Follow protocols and they will work. Please make sure to check ingredients to see if your body can tolerate.

Getting a full nights sleep is a chore with my restless leg syndrome but for some reason putting these on my feet at night have worked wonders for that. My only issue with this particular brand is the adhesiveness. If that were approved I'd could give this product a 5*. It does help me sleep.

This product did not work at all for me. Followed all the instructions left it on for 8 hours overnight and absolutely no change to the foot pad.
