Instant Checks - Form 3001 Blue Prestige

Too many steps to get to the actual check printing, including giving out bank information to a "validation" company. I used the old version from G7 for years. They would have been better off sticking with it. This version is NOT recommended for anyone who just wants to print their own checks. A complete waste of money.

The validation code I received was already used earlier this year. So I can't use the product without it...

Not compatible with MS Money, Cannot contact customer service, never answers. Had a hard time registering to banks.

I write my own software to write checks, although these days not many checks are used, and most payments are made on line, there are still times where you need to send somebody a check. I prefer those because I can customize my software easily and better than the stock provided by the bank.

This program requires way more personal information and time to set up than the old version I have used for years and was very satisfied with. Customer service was no help. You must provide personal information to unknown company to verify your check.

Check paper works great with my check software.

This is by far the worst waste of time and money I have ever had to spend. Purchased mid December 2013. The box makes it sound like everything works in the background of quick books. Very misleading...... After installing software, you need to set up print servers and versa check software to run as a print server from quickbooks, approximately 3 hours of trial and error. Then the checks only print with VOID until you register and are validated with gvalidate service. So you sign up with gvalidate for 4.99 per year, auto renew, provide them with all you banking details and wait 7 business days for them to input a small deposit into your bank account for validation. Once validated, tried to set up another user account on the same computer to run personal checks and business checks. Then neither would print. Taking this back tomorrow. All said and done, 3 weeks later and more than 20 hours of hassle. Taking this back and leaving it, refund or no refund. Ordered quickbooks checks from Deluxe.com and saved $185 and a lot of headache.
