Not your everyday Mole, we bought more after receiving a bottle as a gift.
Great flavor and tangy after taste. A repeat order for us. I plan to use it next on a slowly BBQ'd Pork Tenderloin, 1/4" slices with this sauce warmed and poured over it. Add simmered corn and black beans on the side and enjoy the trip to food heaven.

Startling and wonderful
Astonishing. Subtle and sweet, and with an unexpected kick. Baking (or slow cooking) brings out complexity (I wouldn't use it straight from the jar, but you certainly can). Add it to soup and it has an almost Thai effect. All the Barcelona sauces I've tried have been amazing, and I'm looking forward to trying them all!

Unique flavor that deserves recognition!
At first i was afraid when i saw this sauce had rose petals in it, but after tasting it i couldn't believe how delicious and extravagant this sauce is. i never have tasted something as unique as this. I'm going to prepare a recipe from their website at the moment, and couldn't be more excited. I usually never write reviews, but this product is so good and different that i just felt obliged to do it.
