Flux that Works!
Works like a charm. Apply with a q-tip to surface where you want solder to adhere. Great for pipes or wires.

Performs as expected, good product
Great product, performs as expected. The only thing I don't like is the can its packaged in. It's difficult to pry open. To make the task of removing the top easier, I used a flathead screwdriver to make a indentation in the bottom section of the can. I did this by: nserting my flathead screwdriver in between the top and the bottom sections of the can, held the can steady, and then I lifted up on the handle while applying downward pressure on the lip of the bottom can with head of the screwdriver. The bottom lip should have a "V" shaped indentation that will allow easy access to the flux.

Definitely Need for Soldering
I’d been soldering for while without flux and super frustrated with the results. With a little of this flux, the solder flows so much better. You get a good size which will last a hobbiest like for years. It’s easy to apply and my soldering has improved substantially.

Can is dented, sticky, and hard to open. Shouldn't leave the bench!
I work as a tech fixing arcade games and pinball machines in public locations and travel by foot whenever possible. This can of flux lives in a tool pouch, with the rest of my soldering supplies hanging from my main bag. It was fine for 6 or 8 months, but after almost a year in my tool bag, I still have over 90% of the product remaining, and I'm replacing it. After the can is dented, the flux starts to leak whenever I leave my tool bag inside a vehicle on a hot summer day. Now, the can is sticky and takes far too much effort and time to open. The design of the can could be improved significantly, and I would also appreciate Thermaltronics offering a smaller size. I would gladly pay the same price for half as much flux in a more practical container for mobile tech work.
