High Quality Tool
This jack has great lifting power. Perfect functionality. Very low profile and heavy duty construction. It's worked flawlessly every time I've used it. I have a 3/4 to Dodge truck and it easily lifts the truck to change tires. I also love the easy turn to release the jack and lower the jack. Everything is great.

So Far So Good
Heavy duty 4T floor jack performs well. Came in perfect condition in a thick and sturdy strapped cardboard box. Easily lifts my 4Runner Limited to a height I am able to slip jack stands under the frame. ALWAYS lift and secure with jack stands. Do not crawl under car unless you are using jack stands. Turn handle clockwise slightly each time you pump the handle. This will keep it from depressurizing and lowering your vehicle. This jack is much larger in real life than the pictures make it appear. Easily weighs over 100 lbs. Recommended for people with dedicated space in their garage. Not convenient to lug around or store in your basement!

Its leaking hydronic fluid after only a year and a half.
I think that it should have lasted longer than a year and a half. For what it costed. It is now leaking fluid and I have no warranty left.

Cracked case & missing oil plug
Regarding the actual jack, I would give them 6 stars if I could. However, the case is made of cheap plastic. I ordered one and it was cracked in 3 different places. Returned that one only to receive another one that is cracked again, but only on the inside. This means that over time, it will become worse. The case is very handy. I will be reaching out to the manufacturer to determine if they can send out a replacement case. The problem lies in how Amazon ships it. No packaging anywhere. I have one from a long time ago that I keep in the box that came with Jack stands and it has held up well. Either the manufacturer has to design this better, or Amazon has to ship it in a safer manner. No matter what, Amazon's take is that they do not care. Send it back as they are a monopoly. Even if you ordered a jack without the case, it would cost even more, so what is the sense. I will decide if I am going to keep or send it back.UPDATE: I called the manufacturer and they will be sending me a replacement case as it was cracked, so I am going to keep it. However, I went yesterday to purge the air, only realizing the plug for the oil was missing. I have no idea what is going on here, but Amazon needs to step up its game. I called the manufacturer again and they are sending me an oil fill plug. I can not even set it up until then. So I do not know if this is an Amazon issue or a company issue. As mentioned earlier, the packaging is outright stupid. I little plastic will protect it from shipping (Bubble Wrap)EDIT: I wanted to edit my review. As an FYI, the bottom of every jack shows wear and this is due to the fact of how the jack sits in the case. I have had 4 jacks delivered, I kept one and returned this last one for a replacement. I doubt highly that everyone is used, and returned to Amazon. People who purchase these keep them, unless damaged. That part on the other review does not touch the floor. However, I ordered a 2nd Jack (and had to return it) due to the fact the case had some oil leaking (can't figure out where), and the case was damaged on the inside and outside. I did contact Torin directly, but they are out of stock and can not help me, so I am returning this to Amazon for a replacement. If the replacement comes damaged again, I will go out and purchase one locally. I like the idea of the case because it takes life so much easier. You can literally bring these small jacks, plus a few jack stands, make yourself mobile to help out family, etc. Having a set also helps out with tire rotation. I will bet that Amazon will just send it out. The packaging is just outright horrible. Of course, you have a 90% change of it being damaged during shipping. Most people will not even care.EDIT: Update on 05/07/2024. Out of warranty, and I had to call Torin. There is a little oil on each jack. Used them maybe 6-8 times at most in 15 months. The company states that this is not normal and you have to bleed them each time you use them if they are stored for a long time. Also to add hydraulic fluid with a sealer. The leak is not that bad and out of warranty so there is nothing I can do. It is just a little oily on the bottom, so hard to tell if this is normal. The units do need oil added over time, so it must go somewhere, not sure. Only time will tell. I have a small one (over 10 years old) and it has held up well, and did the first oil change, so these do last.
