THE ONE TO BEAT! A+++++++
I planned on getting a decent slow juicer for around a hundred dollars.., but there isn’t one! I’m glad I pushed the financial envelope and got this one because it’s miles above all the rest. I just LOVE it! Though I paid around $150.00 (2019) I still feel like this machine is actually work more than I paid. I think you could pay over three bills and get get one that’s this nice.My first juicer several years ago was the Breville juice extractor. It was wonderful at the time. It was super fast and powerful and could handle hard or stringy veggies. Eventually I upgraded to the Omega slow masticating juicer with the double auger. This was great too!I prefer this juicer over the other two. It’s got a heavy (18 lbs) good motor in it. It’s going to last a long time! It’s a nice looking design. It’s amazing how quiet it is!!! I love that!!! If someone is sleeping it’s okay you can still use it and won’t awaken them. You don’t hear the high powered whizzing like the Breville I had, or the long slow loud crunch crunch I heard from the Omega.First I prep everything before I turn it on. I stack all the fruits and vegetables on a plate next to the machine. I set three 10 Oz empty (Motts apple juice) bottles nearby to fill to the top and seal up for the next day or two after processing. There’s left over juice to drink right away too.I drop all those cut items into the chute and they feed themself into the grinding area. I haven’t even needed to push them with the plunger! I cut apples and everything though it could take bigger pieces.I’ve processed ( all organic of course) cut apple, carrot, baby spinach, Baby Bok Choy, Celery, and English cucumber (unpeeled). I’m amazed at how quickly it processes everything even though you hear the motor/auger turning slowly.I get over a quart of juice from this. The pulp is nice and dry. I take some pulp out and put it into a snack bag in the refrigerator to add to soup later.I usually add around a half a bunch of celery into this mix. Because I add celery without peeling it first..., then that means you have to disassemble the machine to clear out the stings before making another quart of juice. This is no problem for me because I only make one quart at a time.I have not processed celery alone. If you want to do the 16 Oz per Day celery juice that the Medical Medium suggests then I would peel the celery first .., not to perfection but just a quick peel down the center of each stalk so the strings don’t hinder your progress. Not a big deal.Finally, I’m thrilled to report that clean up and assembly is fast and easy. The parts disassemble quickly and I rinse then wash quickly by hand. I dry it right away and put it back together so it’s ready to go again. If I remember correctly the parts are dishwasher safe but I don’t like to use dishwashers.I gave into buying this because I have digestion issues. I found myself spending a small fortune on store bought bottled veggies juices and fermented foods and drinks. I do still buy those but rely mostly on making my own. For me spending $150 or so on this will end up saving me money because I can make my own. The way it processes the juice you can see that it’s not full of air and foam.It took months of hunting, searching, reading reviews before I settled on this one. I’m very grateful to own this beautiful juicer and I’m happy for anyone else who can enjoy it too, it’s top shelf!

I couldn't be happier. I researched all kinds of juicers
Despite this product having only one Amazon review (5 stars) before I purchased it, I took a gamble and won big! I couldn't be happier. I researched all kinds of juicers, high speed, low speed, twin screw, masticating, etc., and decided for sure that I didn't want the noisy high-speed centrifugal type that extracts less juice, creates more foam and thereby oxidizes the juice more, so I settled on a quiet, low speed, masticating juicer. The question was which masticating juicer? I saw the Omega's and Breville's but they were in the $300 - $400 range (i.e. $50 - $150 more than the Heaven Fresh) and they didn't have every features that the Heaven Fresh has: juice shut-off valve, extra wide inlet for fruit & veggies means less cutting, carry handle, least amount of holes, & seams for liquids to get inside motor area, forward/off/reverse switch fully sealed under rubber cover, motor doesn't get hot, and small footprint. Most fruit & veggies don't even need to be jammed into the inlet with the pusher. The only time I used it was when I dropped in whole limes (green skins peeled but not white pulp next to skin). Thus far, we've juiced carrots, beets, limes, and broccoli. The clear plastic portion is what concerned me before purchasing because that in my opinion could be kill its longevity if it cracks. I hate almost every modern vacuum cleaner because of this. I think the plastic on this unit is not only thicker but is of a superior quality to others I've seen. The other reviewer said it seemed to flex less when under stress and I don't doubt that reviewer despite this being my first juicer with noting to compare it to. This unit is considerably heavier than many others I handled but that's good in my opinion. The majority of the weight is in the motor and that indicates to me that they didn't cheapen it to lower costs or reduce shipping expense. Also, heavier weight on the bottom lowers the center of gravity and makes the unit more stable and less likely to move around when juicing. The spiral screw which does the squeezing looks to be almost as strong as steel but it is made of some type of high-density black polymer. It has a machined steel orifice for the steel drive shaft to slide into. Nothing about this part looks like it would break even if it was dropped from a 4 foot height onto a hard surface. Both my wife and I agree that cleaning the entire unit is easy but this is the only juicer we've owned so take that for what it's worth. We have used this juicer almost daily for about 2 weeks and it is no louder than a mixer on low mixing dough. A sleeping child in the next room probably wouldn't even hear it. I've heard the centrifugal juicers on YouTube and they sound about as loud as a hair dryer on high so keep that in mind if you don't want to wake other household members or if you don't want to tire of hearing it yourself especially if you do a lot of juicing. This unit wins in every category I can think of. I spent $249.99 which included shipping.

I realy wanted to like it. Non existing customer service.
I bought this juicer from Amazon after extensive research on line. It fitted all my criteria as I needed to juice about 1/2 gallon each day. I've had this juicer for about 9 months. In the beginning it made a big difference comparing to the beginner juicer I had. The time required to prep and juice was cut in half. I made sure to take good care of it cleaning it as was recommended. However, the juice strainer started clogging the little holes few months ago and it has gotten to a point I can't use it any longer. It takes hours to juice the amount I need. I emailed customer service couple of weeks ago in hope to purchase the strainer. They never emailed me back. I called the number provided but the automated answering system said they were not able to connect me to a representative and the call was disconnected immediately. I have no other way to contact the manufacturer for any problem even if I wanted to return the juicer since it has 3 years warranty as it's instructed in the booklet. So if the seller has any idea how I can solve my problem, please let me know.
