I ordered this set from Amazon and it arrived without the pump lid, which renders it useless. I requested a replacement, which arrived today again missing the pump. I reached out to Vigar customer service from the link provided in my first order and never received a response. I am disappointed that this has happened twice, considering there are other customers who had the same issue. It seems like the order fulfillment personnel aren't paying any attention to the product having all its parts before sending it out.

I was a little leery of buying this because some people said their soap dispenser arrived broken but mine is perfectly fine! I LOVE this, it looks SO ADORABLE on my sink!!

I ordered one of these for my RV. They are adorable. First one came without the top part of the pump but I didn’t realize it until it was too late to return. So I bought another thinking I could use an extra brush anyway. On this one the whole lid piece was missing. I’ve put in a return but not sure I’ll get a good one before my trip. What’s the deal with these? You can see from the pics that neither has been opened. I’d really like a good one this time. Sealed packaging perhaps?

The sponge is pretty 'meh' but the brush bristles are sturdy and it's adorable.
