Safe to step on.
Good weight to them and don’t slip off stepped on. I use them for indoor volleyball. They do pick up whatever is on the floor like dirt . Maybe after more continued use the “static” will wear off and they won’t feel dirty. I’m very happy with their function and met my needs. I have 3 sets of them.

I bought these court markers for Pickleball drills. At $20 for 10 they are a bit pricey. The visibility is good as long as they are kept clean. They are an little thick so there is a slight tripping or sliding hazard with them.
