These paraffin foot liners go on easily, but the adhesive seals to keep them in place do not work at all. Slide a pair of bed socks over them, instead. This will also help when walking, due to the slipperiness of the liners. Other than that, they seem to do the trick.

Just what needed

My nail tech suggested I coat my feet with vasoline then cover with Saran Wrap. I used bag balm and it worked great for my feet. But the wrap was a bit of a pain, so I ordered these to slide my feet in after coating them, then they slide easily into socks for the day. Haven’t slept in them yet, but that’s coming when the sandals come out for better weather!
