I love my Smilex brush and I'm happy with these replacement heads. I didn't try soft bristles just medium. They do not hurt my gums and nicely clean my teeth. Easy to replace. If your old brush head is stuck just leave it soaked upside down in a glass of warm water for 10-15 min and it comes off with no problem.
