Great customer service
After 14 months using the faucet, the nylon braided drawpipe is broken and caused a leak. I contacted the seller. After the seller verified the broken part to make sure they sending the correct replacement item. I received the item after a week at no cost since it still under warranty. It’s a good quality faucet, easy to install. Also, great customer service.

Really like the product
Like it. Works great with our under sink RO system. Work through the installation carefully so that things that need tightened are not made inaccessible.

Garbage. Keep looking
My lazy butt bought this in July and just tried to install and am out of my return window. Regardless. It is mostly plastic. Only the base is metal. Connections all leaked even using tape. Also the connections are so tight together, I have limited space between the sink and wall I don’t have access to install from behind so had to do it underneath. I made the connections before feeding it through the hole in my counter, there was no way I could have made them from under. So they were nice and tight so I was shocked it leaked.Make sue your filter system doesn’t have plastic hoses. I had to go buy additional adapters and still couldn’t get it to stop leaking.

Been installed for a year now.
I have had this faucet installed for a year now. It has been great for the looks, control, and the awesome filtered water neck. However, pretty soon after installing the Braided Protective Sleeving started to retract from the crimped portion of the faucet hose. this was fine as the actual structure of the hose is the PEX internal hose. about a week ago the PEX hose developed a pinhole in the side of inner ribs of the hose. I have put some Duct tape around it just to keep it from spraying everywhere. You can see this spray in the first picture with the water on. the second picture is a close up view of the hose where I used a marker to indicate where the hole was, the 3rd picture shows the duct tape and the end of the retracted sleeving.I am contacting MENATT to see how the 6-Year Warrantee is.Update, MENATT worked with me and got a new hose out promptly, I appreciate their support and the the new hose definitely seems to have an improvement in the sleeving crimp size. Will keep you updated.

Start to leak after 2 years
It worked fine at the beginning. Although the pull-out pipe isn’t heavy enough to retract the faucet fully, it was acceptable considering the price. However, after about two years, it started leaking. Almost all the O-rings in the faucet assembly broke, leading to multiple leaks.

Good install, medium to poor water pressure
Update:I've been using this for several months now, and so far it's continued to perform really well; for that reason, I've decided to add a star to my original review. I changed the faucet head with a different one, and the water pressure of the spray mode has improved greatly because of it. Also, over the course of regular use, I think some of the internal parts have loosened up a bit, which has slightly improved the function of the counterweight. If I let go of the head it still doesn't retract by itself, but now if I push the head back up the line will retract as well. This was my second choice for a 3-in-1 faucet. My first was a GICASA, which unfortunately wasn't able to supply any hot water (and who's support team wouldn't email me back for a week at a time). I ordered this as a replacement, and I am much happier with this one's packaging and instructions. The box was packaged very nicely and thoughtfully, and has everything you need (minus a screwdriver and some wrenches) to install the faucet. The instructions are fairly clear, except they're missing a few details. You kind of have to guess what adapters you might need, and for some reason it calls the hard plastic retaining clip you use for the hose a "small rubber washer". Once you figure all that out, installation was simple, and with no leaks so far in my case. However, not everything is good. The counterweight for the hose is extremely confusing, and I'm not exactly sure how it's supposed to work. The faucet itself seems very crowded, and when I pull on the line, the hose feels like it has quite a bit of resistance to it- it's definitely not free inside of the housing. That means the counter weight does almost nothing, and I have to push the hose back in manually / open the cupboard and pull on the weight myself, which defeats the purpose.Secondly, the water pressure definitely isn't anything to write home about. While the GICASA was barely functioning as a faucet, the one thing it had going for it was water pressure (the thing spewed like a firetruck). This faucet, while everything works adequately, the water is just so-so, with there not being too much of a difference between the stream and spray modes.Ultimately, it is one of your very few options when it comes to a 3-in-1 faucet, and that shows. With a strangely overcrowded counterweight, and below average water pressure, the whole thing comes off an underwhelming... but at least I don't have another hole in my countertop.
