I use them all the time in the oven.The chicken and potatoes turn out juicy because they roast in their own juices.

The unknown brand of Ecoopts should've been a red flag but my desperate need for baking bags for the holidays blinded me. First the bags are good size but they're not sturdy. As soon as I put my 8 lb turkey in the bag, it broke on the opposite end. It happened twice! On a third try, I was more careful. Another thing I noticed is that bag will melt if the oven goes above the 200 degrees. It even states it on the package. Lastly it's cheaply made and not worth the cost. I won't be surprised if this bag releases chemicals while its in the oven. I plan on not using it!!! Stay away from the product.

I used a bag on both my Thanksgiving turkey and Christmas ham. They both came out wonderful. The product comes with adjustable ties to seal the bag. Just drop your food in, seal the bag, cut a small hole near the top for steam and let it do its thing. I cook mine on a cookie pan so cleanup is very easy. I love that the bag keeps all the juices in and the meat is tender and never dry.
