So far so good
Well it's been turning my first tumbler for around 3 hours now, there are no signs of the pipe dropping out in fact it appears to be a very tight fit into the turner itself. The motor is almost silent and turns smoothly at a nice speed. It did come fitted with a 3 pin UK plug which is great and it was all nicely packaged. Very easy to assemble overall so far very happy.

UK Plug!
Only arrived today I took a chance that it may have a UK plug as only two other reviews left and I’m absolutely chuffed it does have a UK plug. Also able to pull tumblers off easily unlike my others that are screwed on…so far so good!

Good but has some flaws
The media could not be loaded. Really good for the price, however, it started great then a few niggly bits...* The rod fall off knocking my wet glass onto the table top (first use) so I gave it some additional support with a paper cup. Now it could be because I was using a stemless wine glass which made it quite heavy on the end. I'll get another piece of pipe and cut it shorter and try that.* It started silent for about 30 minutes then there was a hum from the motor, not too loud but loud enough it could be heard in the other room at night.* The foam wrapping is rubbish! Unpeels and not forgiving in its squishiness so you have to adjust it to the size of your cup but unpeel and cut which then makes it unpeel more. I've ordered some adjustable ones to use instead.Overall good for the price and great to learn with but you may have to buy/make adjustments and as you leave it running for 12+ hrs consider where you use it.

Arm drops off.
My first glass was beautiful, I decided to try a vase, I needed to stay with it for 4 hours as the arm kept falling off. I put it down to the weight of the vase. Today I'm doing a small jar and woukd you believe it, the arm fell off so its not the weight but possibly the length of pole. Might just have to buy duck tape. I drilled 2 holes and placed a drill bit in through tied off with a bobbin. Quick adjustment for secure arm I think the manufacturer should do this to all their cup turner's.

Works but isn’t silent
The media could not be loaded. It’s a great device, good for beginners using epoxy and glasses/vases but it is noisy, I’m afraid the noise is only going to get worse eek

I should of checked when i got it
so it’s been months since i purchased this but only just opening the box to find i might aswell just throw it in the bin, there wasn’t anything in the box except the machine , silicon mat and foam straps and i honestly didn’t expect to be putting it together with no instructions

Great value!
So happy with this purchase as my first cup turner. It’s quiet and have it going overnight several times with no problems and the motor doesn’t overheat. Only reason I deducted a star is because it started off silent but now makes noise (although still quiet) & because the foam padding to hold the cup is not the best. I have had to purchase separate foam to put on the pvc pipe to hold my cups in place (not that this is a big issue to me as they’re quite inexpensive).
