Hoover FH51200 Dual Power Pro Carpet Washer (Renewed)

The Hoover FH52100 Carpet Cleaner arrived quickly. Does not seem like a refurbished and came in its original box. Very pleased with it. The cleaner came in multiple parts. Slide handle in the main unit and turn knob to lock in place then wrap cord up like any other vacuum that you have to wrap the cord. Next lock in canister for water and solution into its place. The tool that goes on handle has its own cradle you slide from top of handle and down till it clicks. Place large round tool into its cradle. Add water and solution and it’s ready to use. I cleaned my hallway carpet by first using the solution and water mix, then went back over with a clean water rinse, then over it again to make sure carpet wasn’t soaked in any spots. Works great, but did notice a lot of carpet fibers came out. As you can see in the after photo. Not a machine to use everyday. I use to have the Hoover model that was one below this one. It was smaller and didn’t have the round brushes. I would definitely recommend the newer model Hoover carpet cleaner.

It never even worked plugged it in and nothing. I was going to send it back but our home was destroyed in a fire we lost everything. So lucky for you guys I can’t send it back for a refund.

this steamer is great. I have 2 rescues that came not housebroken, and still can get "nervous" !!! This came in the original box and was easy to assemble. Also, very easy to clean, which is important to keep it from getting musty smelling. made my day !!!

This product is a pain to clean. I used it once on clean carpet and it did a good job, however all the fibers it picks up really do cake into the edges and is really quite difficult to remove without a razor. I believe this is a design flaw. I vacuumed the carpet twice to make sure hair and longer fibers were gone, but if the answer is to purchase new carpets then why should one worry about shampooing them in the first place?

This is a dust buster with a long handle. Does not pick up on pile carpet. Disappointed in that.

I've only used it once so far and it cleaned my carpet without any issues seems pretty dependable so far. if anything changes after a few uses will update
