Simple to Use - Not Too Expensive
I purchased this based on a YT review. No issues, no complaints, no second thoughts. I've never owned one of these, so I went with the slightly cheaper version. Works great. One of those tools you don't use all the time, but very nice to have when you need it.

Favorite plug tester.
My favorite plug tester. It has the gfi test buttons, it’s small and reads pretty easy. I’ve tried other Klein versions (had the big LCD screen one, but too bulky!), the fluke (also too bulky for me), the harbor freight one seems to be modeled after this one, the Milwaukee one (also too big IMO)

Life-Saver Around the House – Found a Dangerous Fault!
I'm no electrician, but I wanted to make sure everything was safe around my home. Got this Receptacle Tester, and boy, did it come in handy! Found a bad GFCI next to my sink that could've ended up being really dangerous. I only use this thing once a year or so to test stuff, but it's worth every penny. The chart on it was super helpful – made it easy for me to figure out what was wrong. Build quality seems solid too. I'm giving this 4+ stars. Honestly, for the peace of mind, you can't beat it.

Works for both 15 amp or 20 amp outlets
This was very easy to use. A safe way to check your outlets are working correctly. This fits a 15 amp or 20 amp outlet. I had a new 20 amp electrical line ran into one of my rooms and this is a super easy way to check that their work was completed properly.
