Surprisingly great — comfortable, effective, and fast delivery
I had never heard of this brand before, but I needed earplugs quickly after my husband got switched to night shift. These were available for same-day delivery, so I gave them a try — and they turned out to be excellent!I’m usually not a fan of earplugs, but I’ve worn these a few times myself and found them surprisingly comfortable, even for sleeping. My husband was able to sleep through our loud, chaotic household during the day — so they definitely do their job blocking out noise! The little storage case is a nice touch for keeping them clean between uses. They’re reusable to a point (which is great for value), and overall the quality is solid — soft, effective, and worth the price.Highly recommend if you need reliable, comfy earplugs on short notice!

Best earplugs
I got these because my husband’s snores sound like a lawnmower going right in my ear, and they are AMAZING. Before I used those standard orange ones which were fine, but these are WOW.I even tried the Oslo sleepbuds that are supposed to be noise cancelling and great for blocking out snores, and they were also fine. But on nights where I really couldnt fall asleep and needed silence, they weren’t up to par. But THESE earplugs??? I put these babies in and the noise of the world disappears, and I can fall asleep right away. My husbands lawnmower snores are barely audible…the faint muffle of snores I hear even transform into sort of a white noise machine type of sound. It’s great. They stay in place all night. The memory foam squishability is really good, so it stays squished long enough to stick it in your ear nice and good. Then it can expand nice and tight in your ear so it doesn’t move.

THEY REALLY WORK
I recently moved in with my partner and he snores like a train. It’s been really disrupting of my sleep so bad that some nights I’ve taken to sleeping on the couch. I tried the Loop Quiet 2 ear plugs because they had some of the best ratings but at the same time ordered these just in case. For roughly $4, what did I have to lose. The loops did not work for me. Too uncomfortable (I am a side sleeper) and blocked out no noise whatsoever. Immediately returned those and tried these. Instantly I was blown away. The second you put them in your ear it reduces almost all noise. I sleep with an industrial fan by my bedside to keep cool and I enjoy the bit of white noise it provides as well but even right beside my head the noise was completely muted. I am shocked at how well these worked for me considering the price. Because they’re foam they mold to your ear so you don’t need to bother with finding the right size and on top of that makes them super comfortable, it didn’t hurt to lay on either side. I’m so happy with this purchase, I feel like I can sleep soundly again. My only complaint is that these babies work so well, I’m afraid they’ll block out my alarm to get up for work!

Great inexpensive earplugs
Great earplugs, cheap but good quality. I use these for my cat who loudly meows starting at 4-5am in the morning wanting me to feed her. I just put these in when I need and go right back to sleep. Blocks most noise out! Very soft too and comfortable fit in my ear.

Block out noise of snoring & storms!!!
These NRR 33 ear plugs are fantastic! I was a Safety Coordinator for a Manufacturing Company and ordered from the standard company’s for our employees and now, at home with a spouse that snores, I ordered these and was so happy when they worked better than the ones I used to purchase. I can block out the snoring, the washer when it’s running when I go to bed, and storms do not wake me up any longer! They are very comfortable to wear also! Great product!!!

Earplugs that work!
I have tried many brands of earplugs and these are literally the only ones that work for me. They have a strong spring-back foam to fully enclose my ear canal after pinching them in to insert them in my ear. Also, they are long enough to stay in place but not press on my eardrum. I can’t find them in my local stores anymore so I was ecstatic to find them on Amazon. They have great noise reduction which I simply must have to sleep well.

Effective noise cancellation, but inconsistent fit
I have been doing a lot of woodwork lately with a buddy, a couple of projects around the house. I had a couple of my fiance's earplugs she uses when her dad stays with us (he saws more logs in his sleep than I could do in a lifetime awake), but some of the tools were getting through the ear plugs so I decided to hunt for a solution. When I had shop classes we were always given earplugs in the shop so I sought the best noise-dampening earplugs I could find. I turned to Flents Quiet Time ear plugs (Amazon Item B07HHXGPW6). They were effective when inserted properly, but unfortunately they often worked their way out of proper insertion and were therefore far less effective. But they were $15 bucks for 70 pairs, so I figured I could keep them for my buddies when they work on stuff with me, but I knew these earplugs weren't the everyday option I was looking for. I had seen other options when searching, so I took to the web again.I pulled up other earplugs on Amazon, and the suggested links had earmuffs. I remember seeing them on children at concerts, so I clicked on a couple. (Good enough for developing ears, good enough for mine, right?) All the noise ratings were higher than industrial earplugs and the price was still in that $10-$20 range. I bought a couple of them to test by Pro For Sho (Amazon Item B017RZ45F6) and ClearArmor (Amazon Item B00NKSMPZW).The Pro For Sho is a good set. They're sleek-looking and they fold relatively compact when not in use. I think they muff noise better than the Flents earplugs even when the earplugs are properly inserted. However, I felt that they were tight. They aren't bad for a few minutes at a time, but I did feel the pressure with sustained use. My buddy tried them for a day and said he didn't have that problem, so maybe I just have sensitive temples? For the record, my cap size is S/M and his is M/L.The ClearArmor is a GREAT set. They aren't as low-profile as the Pro For Sho, but frankly no ear muff is going to be invisible; it's not about looking cool, it's about being safe, right? Plus they also fold on the same mechanism that the Pro For Sho does, so they also fit in storage easily. They muffed sound about the same as the Pro For Show, but I could almost forget they were on. The ear pad is soft and comfortable, the headband didn't feel too tight at all, and I could and did wear them all day in the shop.I was going to return the Pro For Sho in favor of the ClearArmor, but my buddy said he would take them. So in the end I guess they were both good buys, just not for me. The earplugs weren't a bad buy--they'll get used--but I won't buy them again.PS if you want all kinds of ear protection, pair the earplugs with the muffs. The internet says it adds something like +5 NRR to the one with the highest rating. I don't know numbers like that, but I did give it a try with the earplugs inserted poorly and the earmuffs on and it was super effective. If I had some comfortable earplugs that stayed in, it would be easy to see myself using both when working on the loudest-of-loud tools in the shop.Ultimately:Flents Quiet Time (Amazon Item B07HHXGPW6): 3 stars. Effective but iconsistent.Pro For Sho (Amazon Item B017RZ45F6): 4 stars. Effective but uncomfortable.ClearArmor (Amazon Item B00NKSMPZW): 5 stars. Effective and comfortable.
