I love this electric mop and it does an excellent job cleaning my hardwood floors and does not leave any streaks. I purchased mine in November 2023 and two weeks ago the machine stopped spraying the solution. I did research on-line and followed all the recommended troubleshooting methods and none worked. I decided to reach out VMAI directly to see if they could suggest anything else or where I could get it serviced. They replied to me on Saturday and gave me a few suggestions, which were some of ones I had tired. They decided to make an exception even though my mop was out of the warranty window and decided to send me a new replacement. I was taken back and very grateful. I never expected this and VMAI exceeded my expectations. I am sincerely grateful and appreciative for the excellent customer service they provided me. They have earned my respect and have me as a customer for life.

Customer service is awesome! I had a problem with my battery after using my mop for 3 years. My warranty had expired however because of an upgrade to the battery by the company the new battery would not work with my old mop. After working with the customer service department it was concluded that I would need to replace my mop. That was done by the company as a one time replacement. This was beyond my expectations considering my mop was 3 years old. I highly recommend getting this mop. I love the way it cleans, it’s so easy to use and it goes with out say the customer service is above average!

First off, I believe mine was a return as two of the pads look to have been used. Liquid was in the unit also, which leaked on my recliner as I was getting it set up. Luckily it didn't discolor the chair. As for the performance, it does a good job while the charge lasts. It should come with two batteries honestly. I would have paid an extra $20-$30 bucks for that. Overall a decent product. Just don't be in a hurry if you have a lot of floors. Easy to use. I would buy another one if I had to. Would be great for a small apartment or a person with physical limitations.

Does a good job on the floors. I have had it for a few years, I usually use it only on my wood floors. Recently, I found that it wouldn't work, even after recharging, I contacted the VAMI customer support to see what I could do, and they decided to replace it! Amazing for a company to replace something out of warranty. All my communications were via email, and they were answered promptly & were very courteous. I am more than pleased.If you are contemplating buying this mop, go ahead and get it. Thank you to VMAI!

Very satisfied with this mop. it is so easy to use and it does not hurt my back like a regular mop because it does the work for you. Would definitely suggest to my friends and family...Love it...wish i had ordered this a long time ago.

This mop is easy to put together and use. I like to take my time and let it scrub the floor well - I was surprised how dirty the pads came out. This is so much better than the standard mop I was using before. Pads are easy to wash, battery lasts long enough for my space. So, I am definitely happy with my purchase; it was worth the money.

Love the ease of using the mop and having the different pads for different cleaning options. I will say that it will leave a circular pattern on the floor that I have to remove.

This mop is awesome!! The battery holds a long charge too! The mop is easy to use and gets my floors very clean! I actually enjoy mopping now! It comes with various pads that are great quality! I am so glad I purchased this!!
