I am the same sizes. If you plan on keeping the pads in then large should be okay but if you don’t (and you pretty much can’t in the white because the pads are pinkish) I’d say medium for a tighter more supportive fit!

I weigh 126 and am 5’4”. I bought size 6 and it is very snug. I like it that way for working out though and I’m not sure I could have fit in a 4.

In my experience they run small. I am not a large person -- 5'5" and 123 lbs -- and I always order a medium in athletic tops. However, these were skin tight and the straps were a bit too long and they are not adjustable. So, I ended up with a slightly uncomfortable too tight top with a bit too much cleavage showing. I would not order again.
