In addition, our solid stainless steel cap is threaded for long life durability. Lower quality metal containers are capable of leaching toxic heavy metals into the containerÍs contents. If lesser quality alloys and metals (including some types of stainless steel) with less corrosion/leaching resistance than 18/8 or 304 are used, the container may leach a variety of highly toxic heavy metals into the stored content such as lead, antimony, cobalt, etc. Ingestion of these toxic heavy metals can cause severe health issues.
