Fantastic!!
Finally, something removable that can mark dark fabric!! It's so smooth, doesn't dry out like markers, and creates a great visable line. I would love one that has a smaller tip too, if the company does/could make it.

Great marker for material
works great the only thing is that it says it is refillable but where do you get the filling if you want to refill it as i do not see any that just says REFILL for this chalk marker and i have already used it some and it works great and is easy to see on dark material...

Best addition to your sewing arsenal
If you do any kind of sewing and/or alterations this chalk dispenser pen is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!!! My heat dissappearing white ink pen never seemed to show up on my dark fabrics & the tailors chalk was kind of clumsy to use. This pen is so easy to use and makes a very fine, easy to see line. You MUST buy this! Seriously.

A very useful tool
This chalk marking tool is great. It feels more natural to use than a triangle. It’s my go to. There is a learning curve to using it without letting it wander off mark but once you get used to using it it’s a great tool. The big draw back for me is the construction. Very cheap plastic. Let’s be honest, a lot of things get dropped in the shop at some point. One drop with this chalk marker and the handle is cracked. I’ve already cracked mine in a few places and chalk like to leak out now.Note to manufacturer: UPGRADE THE MATERIALS TO POLYCARBONATE SO THUS US MUCH MORE DURABLE.If you buy this and can avoid dropping it on the floor while sitting at the cutting table you will find your self reaching for it often and it will become your go to.

Good, but use with caution - sample first.
White works well, thought limited use when the fabric is lighter. Also purchased gray and have to use that one very limited as it doesn't always come out of the fabric which I found out the hard way.

Works great on many fabrics
I've had this for a while now and tried it out on lots of fabrics. It's not a perfect dark fabric marking solution, because it does not work well on most jersey knits or many satin-y type fabrics, but I give it five stars nonetheless because it works GREAT on wool, felt, and woven cotton. It makes a nice thin, crisp, highly visible line that is useful for cutting and embroidering, and also brushes away very easily when you don't want it anymore. And it doesn't get all over my hands. I think I'm never going to find That One Marking Tool that works on every fabric, but I'm very happy to have this one in my kit for the ones it does work for.

Way better then regular chalk
I use this all the time now, way easier/better then my little square of sewing chalk.A couple things to consider:1. It works best when you keep the little wheel spinning in only one direction. Switching directions means you have to spin the wheel about halfway around to get it to start dispensing chalk again.2. I accidentally scratched up the top of my table when tracing an embroidery pattern. The teeth on the wheel were sharp enough to poke right through the coating on the wood, and to this day there is a little dotted outline of that project on one corner of my table. Put cardboard underneath.I've used this for probably over a year now, and I use it decently regularly. I've barely made a dent in the amount of chalk in the pen. Good product for what you get, and it lasts a long time. Highly recommend.

Doesn't really work
The roller doesn't really roll, so the chalk doesn't come out very well. I have to roll it multiple times and stop to unstick the roller sonit will mark at all The cap was also filled with chalk so it made a huge mess when I opened it to use it.
