Best way to keep battery health good is to keep the battery charged at between 50-75% and not over charge or completely drain it. My iPhone XR is managed this way and the battery health is still at 96% after two years of use.

Traveled with me to England and France last month and worked perfectly. Charged my iPad and iPhone quickly and recharges quickly. A little heavy but packs a punch. Seemed to work faster with shorter cables and I suspect there's a physics law to explain why. Anyway, I'm happy with this purchase.

Using this paired with a dummy battery. UsbC converter that came with the device is a little loose and has caused me to corrupt recordings from losing connection while I move the camera. I just have to watch that but other than that it’s pretty solid and lasts a really long time.. would be great for travel and convenience as well.

Don't even think of buying it! I use this kind of batteries profesionally on daily bases and this is just a piece of junk. It didn't work from the begging. Doesn't charge, doesn't deliver power... I am using it at the moment on top of papers so they don't fly away! And! Cos It didn't arrive on time I couldn't check it when It did, so when I can back home I try to return it but Amazon tells me that it is out of time for returning it.... I was out of time by 5h!! 5h and they can't refund me nor send me a working battery.... I have to speak with the seller .... And the seller tell me I have to speak with Amazon.... The result.... 60$ on the trash and countless hours on the phone.

This power bank is exactly what I needed. While it can be a bit heavy, that really hasn't been an issue for me. In fact, I think the hefty-ness of the bank has been helpful because I am moving and traveling so much, I really don't worry about this getting too jostled or messed up. So far it has been able to effectively charge my surface pro while I'm on set for 12+ hours and has not run out of juice. Big fan.

So so so heavy. It's much too heavy for my daughter to carry around.

Must have when renting a car with only one charging port. Had to keep at least one phone fully charged while driving in Iceland to use our portable WiFi for maps. Literally saved us. So convenient. And holds charge what seems like forever. Will take on all my travels!!
