Better than expected
I have a trigger finger that gets stacked daily. Those help me to be honest. Not sure if any stress balls will do or only those spikes once but either way, it worked for me. One of those balls (blue) is hard ( I am female and for me this is super hard). Second one (orange) is soft(ish). It’s not super soft, it has resistance but can press on it. I like them both!

they are very helpful and are helping me recover from plantar fasciitis. definitely worth trying
after paying £1,500 on treatment I have found more improvement using these spike balls . If you have plantar fasciitis you should give these a go. use them at least 3 times a day for 10 minutes at a time.

Helps the hammys
Mainly use the smaller orange ball for underfoot massaging to loosen my hamstrings but works a treat. They’re not too firm and fit nicely under my arch.
