Worked great!
I bought this to install in a 2015 Chrysler Town and Country minivan that only offered aux cord connectivity to the sound system. I used the USB located in the upper glove box to power the BT and the aux cord is plenty long to reach to input on the right side of the display in the center of the dash.I had high hopes that this device would work and that the cord was log enough. So far it has proved to be a success, and for a decent price. I like the simplicity of it all, even if it's just a fast, temporary, and unsightly work-around to not buying a new vehicle with more "hip" options to jerking around with your phone when you should be concentrating solely on driving.Unfortunately, I am not nearly sophisticated enough to speak to the sound quality or speed. In the end, you are sending BT through aux into a crappy OEM sound system... Do the math.It works, for cheap, and can be installed in under 2 minutes.

Worked perfectly in 2014 Mini Cooper
Instead of upgrading the radio in this car as I hardly ever drive it, I opted to just try this method just like I did in my C5 Vette. Its been a few days and it connects each and everytime without issue.Sounds good for the stock sound system.Would I buy again for another vehicle? Most definitely. If it goes out anytime after 3/2/2024 I will edit my review to show the longevity.I can tell you this. It beats having to take apart the Mini's dash which is a all day job to install an Andriod radio that is of low quality for $500ish bucks that might last 5 years 🤷‍♂️

Good product, but a bit inconvenient
The cord is longer than depicted in the picture. Also wasn’t aware it had to constantly be plugged into a power source for a connection to be established and maintained. If I didn’t have a portable charger this would be an issue as I wouldn’t be able to play music while I workout or I’m out and about. Had I known I’d have to carry around my charger and the longer cord, I would’ve purchased a different BT transmitter. The instructions were not as clear as they could’ve been. Flashing red light = it’s currently in transmitter mode. Flashing blue light = it’s currently in receiver mode.So far I haven’t had any sound quality issues. It maintains a connection over 10 ft in an open room. In general it works well. I plan to purchase a more convenient transmitter in the future, but if I can’t find one, I’d have no problem continuing to use this one!

Finicky, sensitive, and unreliable
If you barely touch it while it’s plugged into the usb it will lose and regain power. Because it announces “CONNECTED” every time it powers up and makes Bluetooth connection, this results in loud music shutting off and a lady screaming “CONNECTED” at you. Sound quality is sub par as well. Item has already busted partially open and been mended until I get a different brand. I do not recommend the product.

BMW r1300GSA helmet work around
This little device solved my pairing issues with my 2025 BMW GSA. I paired the motorcycle to this device and that unlocked the media and phone menus to allow the wonderwheel to operate while my phone is paired to the bike. This allows me to pair my helmet to the phone and GPS and NOT TO THE BIKE. That was important because it allowed me to continue using Hey Siri, which wouldn't work if I paired the helmet to the bike. Those two menus on the motorcycle would not activate unless a helmet was paired, and this device works as a cheat to make it think it is.

Disposable BT TX/RX
Worked okay for about 2 months then refused to connect to anything. Began with fairly clean sound and progressively introduced EM field interference sound, moving USB end further from TV helped clean up a little bit. A slightly more expensive version won't even connect once, so it's not the worst out there. Decent temporary solution but be prepared to throw it away after 8-9 weeks.

Perfect phone-to-AUX car adapter
I tried several 3.5mm-Bluetooth adapters to connect the phone to the older car with “aux” input, and this one is better than all others for the following reasons:1. It has lower profile than all others, so you will not knock it off by inadvertent hand gesture (destroying it) - which was the fate of competing models within 2-3 weeks after installation2. You don’t have to press the button to power it on, which is both convenient and further reduces the chance to knock it off. It automatically powers on and connects to the phone when you start the car.3. It has no internal battery, so you don’t have to charge it. It’s permanently connected ho the nearby cigarette socket with very short cable. Some other models unpaired when charged, so they had to be re-paired after each charge.4. No electric noise in the speakers when not connected, which some other models did.
