I love these cushions
I really love these little cushions. I bought them because downward dog gets really tough on my palms and wrists after a while. These cushions have greatly reduced the stress to my hands and made it a much more comfortable practice for me. I bought a different type as well to try out at the same time I bought these. The other set was shaped like a flower with kind of a round center. That set and this set both are sold as knee cushions but if you're looking for something to use with your hands then I would recommend this product over the other style. These are flat and the perfect size for my entire hand to fit on the cushion. These are also much lighter weight and super easy to move around the mat. The circle in the middle of the other set made it uncomfortable and left my hands at kind of an odd angle. And the price of this set is roughly 2/3 of what I paid for the other set. I am keeping the other set to use as knee cushions but this set definitely gets my vote for the hands.

just enough padding for my knees
I have bony knees and kneeling yoga postures are always uncomfortable. I was always messing with folded towels and folding my pad over under my knees which was a hassle. These work great and are easier to move out of the way when not needed.

Good yoga accessories
These pads are 7 inches wide and 1/2 inch thick. I thought they were too hard when I got them. Yet when I used them, the pressure exerted by the body weight on your knees, these pads hold up well and are not too rough on your knees. I bought 2 pairs.

Firm comfortable support for knees and wrists
Going back to yoga/pilates practice in my 60s and found it difficult on my knees and wrists. These pads are firm and comfortable. Looked at the ones that have more of a 'flower' design but decided the flat surface would be better for me and more versatile in terms of not have that indentation.

Versatile cushions for bad knees
I bought these cushioned disks for yoga because I have one knee that is giving me issues. I like that they are somewhat small so I can move them around the mat where I need them but they don't take up lots of room in my bag.

Good, But Rectangular Pad Worked Better for Me
I have had both my knees replaced and just recently got back into yoga. I purchased the GoYonder knee pads to relieve some of the pressure on my knees for certain poses. I chose the two separate discs over the rectangular pad because I thought they offered more options for using. After my first session with the knee pads, I realized that the rectangular pad would have been a better choice. I had to stop and readjust or move the pads as the instructor would ask us to bring knees closer together for some poses and farther apart for others. The little 5-10 seconds to move the pads as needed broke the rhythm of the session and put me behind others. It was a hassle and distraction. I have now ordered a rectangular knee pad for yoga. I hope to find others uses for the disc pads, but not sure what yet.On the bright side, these are good, sturdy discs and they provided decent comfort for my knees. I just wish I had purchased the rectangular pad to begin with.
