First let me say that my son absolutely love his sonic backpack and pencil sack! From the printing to the bright vibrant picture! Also we love the extra bag that comes along with it, he uses it for his snacks or even for his phone and tablet! I did write two days ago about paying for extra shipping and not receiving the item until a day late, the Seller responded fast and we were accommodated. I definitely recommend and would buy again.

The first day my son took this backpack to school, the top handle came undone. I thought it was a fluke and had my mother sew it back together. Here it is now day number 4 and the divider that separates the first zipper compartment from the second zipper compartment has a hole the size of my fist in it. In my opinion this backpack is not worth the money I already have my son's name embroidered on it so I cannot send it back. I never write a review just very disappointed in this backpack.

I bought this set which includes backpack, lunch kit and a pencil case. The quality is very poor, there is absolutely no padding therefore the lack of sturdiness and durability is visible, zippers are also cheaply made..The image prints are nice and vivid, as shown on website .Not satisfied with product for the price paid.

My son started school today and used the book bag for the first time. The zipper is already broken as well as the handle on top. The little bag that comes with it is not a lunch box but more like a small tote bag and pencil pouch.

Doesn’t last at all. Broken straps on second day of use. Nice printed artwork that child loves, but have to find him a more durable backpack. The overall quality of the whole thing is very very low.

Just a little disappointed. The strap broke (almost). This was used by my grandson to put his Rugby's Jersey, shorts and small towel. But, it is ok. I will still be ordering things from Amazon. Have a nice day and stay safe guys.
