It works well. I have been using for a while and didn't have any problem.

We purchased this on April 17, 2015 to pump alcohol free witch hazel from a 55 gallon drum. Now 5 months later, it won't pump at all. I bought this to replace a cheap polyethylene pump. That pump is still working on another drum.It was always a bit more work to pump than the cheap pump. One of our most disappointing purchases for our business, and it is now holding up production. And there's no clear way to contact the manufacturer for warranty service.

We purchased this for our garage 2 years ago. Every 2 weeks we buy a new 55 gallons oil drum. It works perfect.

Bought this to pump vinegar out of a 55 gallon drum. Worked great for 3 months than stopped creating enough suction to draw from a low drum. Took it apart and got it working again and then after a few days the shaft broke.
