Great vitamin just keep in mind if you’re taking several supplements this adds four capsules to your regiment.

This is a comprehensive WHOLE FOOD multivitamin formulated FOR WOMEN OVER 50. It contains 23 organic fruits & veggies. (It also contains probiotics & enzymes.) IT DOESN'T CONTAIN ANY SYNTHETIC or artificial ingredients. NOR DOES IT CONTAIN SOY, gluten or dairy. (MADE IN THE USA)

Pro: They recommend taking 4 of these daily, but I prefer taking two at a time, usually several hours after taking Magnesium Citrate, Zinc, and Vitamin D3. :You can take it with food or without food and they are fairly easy to swallow in the capsule form. It's also easy to separate the capsules if you prefer to add the powder into apple juice or yogurt. There isn't much taste to it at all so sometimes I do that when I don't feel like swallowing them.Con: None for me, but be aware that some supplements do not work as well with minerals. It's better absorbed if you separate them to get the full benefit of both. Check with your nutritionist and/or doctor if you are taking medications to ensure they won't interact negatively. I eat lots of healthy food, nuts, veggies and fruits in my diet so these are just an added benefit in my daily nutrition.

I like the fact you take it twice a day. once in the morning and once at night. Makes it very user friendly.

I have been taking this quite a while and was very happy with them. The delivery people threw it on my porch and broke the container. I was given a refund right away, I decided to try a different product that comes in an unbreakable container. 😥
