Q: Where is the cheapest place to buy this?

I purchased mine from Luuup.com which was the only place available to purchase it then. I bought mine this past spring. Shortly thereafter I was contacted by the Luuup folks asking if I would be willing to write a review for the product since they had recently begun selling on Amazon. I'm guessing the price listed here is approximately what I paid - $40 - $50. Well worth it.

Q: so.... when you rotate the bins the top one moves to the bottom. So a dirty litter pan will sit on my floor??

Yes. If your cat has a sticky or particularly messy poo, it will adhere to the inside of the top bin. Then, if you don’t clean it but simply return it to the bottom, the outside of the upper bin will now get dirty. Eventually that dirty exterior will rotate down to your floor. With Luuup, there is no scoop and three bins to wash.

Q: What brand of clumping litter works best??

We have found that some clumping litters perform much better than others. Our users have reported great results with World's Best Cat Litter, Tidy Cat 24/7 Performance (full weight version) and Silica based litters like PrettyLitter.

Q: Does this come with the top lip piece to keep the litter in the box?

It came with a top piece that is "supposed" to keep the litter in the box. No success with that.
