Great product, great value, too!
My doc said I should wear these compression sleeves, so after checking out many brands and sellers. I decided on Doc Miller. Glad I did. Great fit and comfort. Getting the job done. My only suggestion to the buyer would be to know that the colors will appear lighter when you get them on than they look in the sample photos. Makes sense due to stretching over the calves.

Size Matters
When it comes to compression socks or sleeves it all comes down to size and product quality. If you 'make-do' with a Large, but need an Extra, Extra Large, you're going to be uncomfortable and hate wearing the compression sleeve or sock. Unfortunately, most stores and many online vendors do not carry a true Extra Large or Extra, Extra Large size. The Doc Miller brand carries a wide range of sizes and their products appear to be true to the size they are labeled. Measurement for compression therapy is normally done by measuring the circumference in inches of your calf at its widest point. Match that to the correct size and you will have a comfortable fit. My affected calf is 20-21 inches depending on whether its a good day or not. That matches to the Doc Miller XXL size. I also have short legs, but found the XXL size wasn't too long to use once I sized the circumference. The Doc Miller line also appears to be of good quality and has lasted through several 'wearings' and washings. Like all quality compression items, you still have to wash these by hand--compression therapy items can be sized to be comfortable, but they are still a pain in the butt. You are, however, much more likely to wear a compression sleeve or sock appropriately sized, and for a longer period of time. Undersized sleeves or socks are so uncomfortable most people can't wait to take them off and will tend to put off wearing them, defeating the purpose. One other advantage to getting the correct size for your legs is that they are not impossible to put on. Yes, it can still be a struggle--They do compress after all, but it sure is easier putting on something made to fit as opposed to something that in reality is as much as three sizes too small.

Does the Job
Do the job. I cannot use for my calf, so I use it on my arm to cover my tattoos when outside all day for coaching. However, I did order for my leg but it was too small (or my calf is too big LOL).

Very Comfortable
I have only tried two brands of compression calf sleeves. The first brand is good and I like them fine if I'm not going to wear them for an extended period of time. It is basically straight from top to bottom, with a little flare at the top. The only problem is that after a few hours, they get uncomfortable. I tried wearing them to bed to try to get use to them, but around 2:00 AM, I woke up with my legs aching and feeling like the bones in my ankles and the tibia just below my knee were aching and painful, so I had to strip them off of my legs so I could sleep. On to the second pair, the Doc Miller's.They are shaped more like my leg with a wider flare at the top and a smaller flare at the ankle, so my legs don't start aching. I also like the material they are made with better. The material is very smooth and slides over my feet and legs much easier. They are so comfortable that I forget I'm wearing them. Like I said, I've only tried two brands, so there may be others out there just as good, but since I know how well the Doc Miller's work for me, I'm going to stick with them. The only problem with the Doc Miller brand that I've found so far is that I'd like to try their socks, but apparently they have a limited selection of colors and styles of socks. I like argyle socks, but it would be nice to have more choices than black and gray. Could you guys work on that?

Too tight at the top
I really, really wanted to like these. I'm no stranger to compression socks, and these are one of the few calf sleeves with medical grade compression. I love the compression up my calf, and it fits well at the ankle. So I can't take a larger size. But it is too tight at the top of the calf. The socks squeeze, roll, and/or bunch--and I don't have big legs. I just needed a little more room up there. I've been wearing them for a couple of weeks in the hopes that the top would relax just a smidge, but no. Which, under normal circumstances is ideal! Unfortunately, I think I have to retire this brand.

Finally! Plus sized calves? Try this brand.
I've had problems for years with my ankles swelling, which has only gotten worse with age and a desk job. Also, long road trips or plane trips have really made my feet and legs swell up lately. (Darn this getting old!) . I'd been advised to try compression socks, but true confession -- I'm rather plus sized and have not been able to find any that were comfortable for more than half an hour. I ordered a pair of these and the minute I put them on, I knew I'd found the right brand. They fit perfectly; they are comfortable for many hours with no pinching and my legs felt terrific all day yesterday. And here's an amazing, unexpected bonus -- they're smaller! I looked at my calves this morning and thought 'hm, they look smaller, but I'm sure that's an optical illusion/ wishful thinking.' Tape measures do not lie -- my calves are almost an entire INCH smaller just since yesterday. My ankles are noticeably less swelled up, even in our ghastly east coast humidity. Not only have I been made an instant believer, I will be ordering at least one more pair before our upcoming road trip. Fantastic product!
