Solid and easy to set up
I’m almost completely pleased with this purchase. No leaks, solid walls that will hold up, filtration system works well etc. for the money it really can’t be beat. Also, this will work on a 15 amp circuit if you’re careful about what you’re running at one time. You can’t run both the blower (bubbles) and heater at the same time, but that’s really not an issue for me, and when it is, I simply bump the temperature setting down while I’m in it and want the bubbles on. The only complaint I have is the cover. The design of it is such that lots of water collects around the edge which holds whatever has fallen on top of it. It’s nearly impossible, especially alone, to get that top off without spilling that dirty water right into the tub. Which means that you’ve either got to scoop water out of the top before you move it or find some other way to empty and clean it. It just makes it difficult for a quick in and out. I’m going to try some kind of inflatable ball in the tub which would push the center of the top up creating a peak which hopefully will keep as much water from gathering. The other thing I’ve tried is keeping two of the straps attached and lifting the top from the other side to allow the water to run off. But that’s a tricky proposition.

Totally worth it!
I scored this on Prime Day for hundreds less and it's been working spectacularly for the three weeks I have had it. It is easy to set up and easy to drain/refill. I purchased the cup holder/tray for the side which has been useful and got a 6ft. round, outdoor rug for under it. I had to use an extension cord and got a 25ft., 14 gauge, outdoor one that has been working well so far. To add to the fun factor, I purchased two puck-sized, remote controlled, submersible lights that float around. For sanitation, I have been using chlorine tablets because I already had them from my stock tank pool and they're working great thus far. Besides test strips, the defoamer liquid works quickly and an occasional shock helps. Additionally, I got a 12 pack of filters for $35 to have on hand for filter changes. It's not too hot to use on 75-80 degrees nights. I keep it at 100 then set it to 104 degrees a few hours before I want to use it. As for electricity consumption, it has increased my bill by about $50/month (in East Coast summer weather) as I can track my daily usage/cost, but the added cost so far is hands down worth it for me as I use it nearly every day. For winter, I plan on putting up a pop-up green house over it and insulating the bottom with foam installation board. Overall, this has been a super useful and fun purchase that is well worth it. As for longevity, time will tell, but for the $270 it cost (plus supplies), it has been one of the most useful purchases I have made. I recommend it to anyone on the fence, even at full price! Go for it!Winter Update: I added a 10x7 portable greenhouse and insulated the ground with 2" foam board insulation and this winter setup is amazing! Not only has it increased energy efficiency, but it is so warm and cozy inside!

Worth The Money
I was very skeptical when I purchased this hot tubFor my husband in December. It is now April, and the thing is still running great! We placed it in our unfinished basement. Even on the concrete, floor, no pad or insulation underneath it holds its temperature perfectly. We do keep it covered when not in use though, and it is sheltered from the weather. Max temperature is 104, but that does drop rather quickly when you run the bubbles if the air temperature is cold. The bubble feature is much more powerful than I was expecting. The walls of the tub are stable and sturdy. The pad on the bottom of the tub is thick and cushioned enough to keep you comfortable. It does not feel like you are sitting on concrete. The pump is quite and efficient. If you use spa chlorine correctly and change the filter regularly, it stays very clean without having to regularly replace the water. Filter does need to be replaced about once a month and the water will get stinky if you don't keep up with the maintenance! The size is perfect for two average adults to sit and move comfortably. You could easily fit a third person in there, but it would cozy. Does noticeably raise your electricity bill. Over all, we are very happy with the tub and it is used 2-3x a week.
