Great item, was as described and very well packed thank you

Cookie time and I make lots of them during the holidays. A few things call for a press so I thought I would try an electric one to per haps speed things up a bit this year. Did not care for this unit at all. Hard to load. then broke after 2 cookies..saved the cookie dough, tossed the item in the trash. waste of money

I truly am enjoying using this cookie press especially since I have developed arthritis in my hands. However, I wish the electric cord would not get in the way as it does. This cookie press beats my old manual Wearever cookie gun in many ways.

I didn't end up using it for cookies before Christmas because either I am a little thick or the directions are a bit unclear and the separate cookie dies I bought didn't fit it. In any case where I had comprehension issues, customer services was incredibly helpful with my stupidity and responded very quickly with the information that I needed. Hopefully sometime soon I will get a chance to use it and if so I will try to remember to post feedback on how it actually works vs just on customer support and delivery

With a little practice it worked really well.

I purchased the product to give to a friend as a birthday present. It was to be used to make cheese straws. The motor in the cookie press WAS NOT strong enough to work. Instead of sending it back for a refund, I ended up giving it away. What a waste of money.
