Best Indoor Antenna!!!
We had the Phillips old fashioned rabbit ears antenna that is listed as one of the best indoor antennas by The Antenna Man. It worked great but over the years, probably due to wire damage, it picked up less channels. I wanted to try something new but old school like the antennas from the 80’s that actually worked. Luckily this RCA antenna kept coming up when I searched for old school antennas that work. The bad news, they’re no longer making it. The good news, Amazon Returns was still selling some as ‘used-like new’. I took a chance and bought one. Best decision ever!!! Luckily, the one I received was never used and still had the plastic cover on the screen. I went from having 31 channels to 80 channels and they all work and are clear as day! The length on the rabbit ears is amazing and the amplifier really works! If you’re lucky enough to find one of these antennas, don’t overthink it, just buy one!!!

Best Antenna I found.
Unlike other antennas that site hundreds to thousands of miles, this one says 40+ miles from the towers. Any claims over 150+ is a scam. I tried several antennas with such claims, but this one really stands out as getting the most channels and the quality is amazing from several at 1080 and 720. Set it up in Maricopa, AZ and receiving 33 channels. You have to move it a few times and adjust the rabbit ears and scan for channels but in the end really comes through. I moved and made about 3 adjustments before settling on the perfect location. The only issue is the price is a little high, but I found one like new on Amazon resale at $20.

Decent performance
I tested a couple of indoor amplified antennas and this performed next to the best. It is true that my location is surounded by powerfull stations so it found 48 channels during programing, as compared with another RCA model that found 52 channels/stations. I retained the best model and returned this to Amazon. The reason why I gave 4 stars is related to seller's mindless packaging: it arrived in the orriginal, but broken box and with AC adaptor missing. Amazon did not let me rate or post a review for this seller. Due to them selling a returned item with missing parts I would give them 1 star.

Only two out of five channels
After all of the hype, I purchased this antenna to get local channels. It only picked up two channels out of five. The site that tells you what kind of reception is available placed our address at the highest level. This is the first and only antenna we tried because this one was supposed to be exceptional at VHF reception, which is all we are interested in. Also, I thought that these would swivel independently like what was on the old tv sets, but they only go back and forth (at least our set only did that). So, no stars for something that didn't work as advertised.

Mediocre.
It works better after 5pm in my area I will get my CW after 5pm until 9am next day along with other channels. I get about 70 channels the higher up channels after #30 is when it dies out at 9am and get them back at 5pm. I have used steaming TV subscriptions since 2016 and the prices just keeps increasing it's just crazy. Finding the right antenna is a challenge especially indoor as for me don't have the ability to install one outdoors. I live about 20 miles from any tower. I get a decent amount of channels ABC,CBS, FOX NBC, CW at certain time with others. I picked this because the Antenna Man on YouTube suggested it as it was the only one that actually had a decent coax cable. It does but it could be better it does have a bit of pixelation at times sometimes I have to fuss with getting the antenna in a good direction. But it's still a great antenna if you don't live to far from towers and flat area. I would recommend it. I also purchase another antenna Antop brand to see if theres a difference. But overall not a bad RCA antenna I would get it if you want a cheap antenna for locals and a few others if you can get them. Give it a try if you don't like you have 30 days to return it.Update returned this for ANTOP Antenna AT-405BV such a better antenna and get everything channel I was looking for and more.
