did the job after my opticians failed to adjust my new frames so they didn't slip down my head.. but then when you spend £600 at somewhere everyone told you you should have gone too, it's probably naive of me to expect basic customer service. But if you do have a problem with your glasses slipping or rubbing I can recommend these adapters

My glasses have been getting steadily looser and looser over the past few months; I bought them online so my regular optician wouldn't adjust them and was getting really hacked off. That's where these little guys came in to save the day! A really inexpensive fix, there's something to fit any glasses - a little fiddly to fit, but that's because they fit so snugly - and each style comes in brown, black and clear to suit the wearer. Put them on as soon as they arrived and my glasses now stay put ☺️

When I was a kid I had the metal hook glasses, they were really uncomfortable but they kept my glasses on.These are great, you have different choices with different size holes. The hooks are hidden behind your ears/hair.Even these small round ones stop my glasses coming off in running, when bending forwards etc. Great for running, tennis etc.The only negative is that if you forget and just pull your glasses off, they'll catch in your hair a bit. But after a day you figure out to lift them over your ears instead.I wouldn't consider using a pair of glasses without these now.

I found these to be uncomfortable to wear plus they don’t fit all frames. The rubber catches on your hair. I suspect they may be better for someone with very short hair.

Got this cos my glasses keeps falling of my nose bridge. Now, I wear my glasses without needing to constantly reposition it.Great product.

Very useful for me as I hate having glasses that keep sliding down. I prefer the long sleeves for the arms of the glasses. The only downside is that the silicone is quite thick so it doesn't always sit comfortably behind my ears.
