FAIRCHILD SEMICONDUCTOR FQP30N06L N CHANNEL MOSFET, 60V, 32A, TO-220 (10 pieces)

Like other reviewers, I was concerned at first when I saw they were marked with "ON" in a circle rather than the Fairchild "F" I was familiar with, but a quick look at the datasheet indicates that Fairchild was acquired by ON. (welp, that explains that) These are fairchild FETs.Haven't had any issues driving with 5v logic. Note that, to switch larger loads, you may need to use 5v logic. 3v3 may not cut it, as it doesn't fully open the switch.Ive tested half the batch and find the results to be very consistent.

Speedy delivery. Appears to be undamaged. Not anti static wrapped. I bought these to learn about Mosfets and haven’t used them yet, so I can’t comment on their performance.

these are good for switching heavy loads with logic level power like an Arduino or Raspberry Pi.

Works well. Wired one to an incompentet Bluetooth receiver (TT-BA09) and a Bluefruit Feather M0 so I could power on the receiver programmatically.

Although the item itself is fine, I only received 4 of the 10, and 3 had fallen out of the electrostatic bag. As such, this rating is only based on that. I would return them but I need them urgently for a project
