A great roaster Well made.
This is great roaster for almost anything you want to roast. Nothing sticks to the bottom when some liquid is added. I love pan it is great

Best skillet ever! Lightweight and cooks evenly! The handles do get alittle hot, so need potholders, but other than that...LOVE!

I NEVER write a bad review, brought up with nothing nice to say don’t. However, this item has the potential of being very dangerous. We are very avid and versed in the kitchen. This evening upon cooking on the stovetop I removed the lid, allowed to sit, and then proceeded to clean as I would with any other piece of cookware. Upon washing the lid, it literally exploded in my hand sending glass shards on to my arm and all the way into the other sink bay and countertops. Had I been bent over the sink, it certainly had the distance to be in my face. Unfortunately, I did not take the other instances in other reviews seriously or I certainly would not have made this waste of money, dangerous purchase. VERY disappointed in the quality control. I will say that the pot itself is very non stick and cleans up well; however, the handles get SO ridiculously hot just cooking on the range at a low temperature that you can in no way touch them. You don’t realize how frequently you rely on holding on to a pan while mixing until you absolutely do not have that option without a pot holder, this is not conducive to cooking actively. Even though it seems like a good value, spend the extra few dollars for a quality brand, I wish I would have.

Good quality, easy to clean.
I love it. Is an excellent roaster for smaller amount is perfect for two people

Beware of lid
Beware of the handle. At 350F and the PLASTIC washer melted and the handle of the lid came apart. I couldn’t get the lid off of the pan. Very dangerous! I had to use a very small open end wrench to get the melted plastic and bolt separated.
