I had my doubts on how the quality was going to be on this item, and I was pleasantly surprised! My body doesn’t adjust to temps well, which means I’m consistently overheating. This fan moves a ton of air and helps like a charm! 10/10! If you’re like me and doubting this fan, DONT! Buy it now!

I saw this and clicked the 12.99 no returns before I did due diligence. The same fan is available 3 for 5.99. It is small and cute but not for 12.99. My bad-

I like having a foldable fan in my purse for those moments when I need a little cooling off. The fan useful; the bamboo frame is sturdy, yet lightweight; and the design is feminine & colorful. The sleeve is handy, too, to protect it while it's in my purse with everything else. I'm very pleased with this purchase.UPDATE: Even a year later, I'm still enjoying my fan!

This fan was the perfect gift for my sister. It gives a nice breeze and looks lovely with her lavender parasol. The satin sleeve means she doesn't have to worry about it getting marked up in her purse. It does not snap open (yet) like a Spanish fan but opens and closes smoothly if you do it manually. I had a fan for about a decade that snapped open easily from the beginning, but over years of use it became a bit loose and I worried it would come apart. This fan may snap open after a few summers of use: we'll see. I wish it came in an aqua or turquoise color — I'd buy one for myself! ;-)

I love it. However the color is a little darker than what the picture offered, but it doesn't bother me too much. The fan closes really well, no hitches or pauses when closing due to curling bamboo. Would totally purchase again.

The fan is lovely, well made, comfortable to hold and use, folds perfectly, and is finished beautifully. I am absolutely thrilled with it and plan to buy more than the two I already have. The silken cloth sleeve protects it while in my purse. I could not be happier.I am a woman of a certain age and sometimes need rapid cooling and some of my medications make me perspire more easily. These two factors together make me uncomfortable in the winter, I was dreading the summer. With my fan, I feel more prepared.

Not crazy about the design but it’s okay

I bought several of this company's fans at one time. They were all beautiful and very functional. I bought them to take to some of the outdoor Spring graduations and weddings we had to attend. I keep one in my purse at all times in the little handy sleeve to keep it protected. Even ended up giving one fan to a new mother with a baby who was hot at the outdoor ceremony! Well worth the price for the quality and the comfort!

I ordered two different hand held folding fans. Both are superb, lightweight but sturdy and make really good wind. This one in a grey colourway design 'Morning Glory' is nice; the other is in a blue colourway with design 'Sakura Love' and it is even prettier. OMyTea is the brand of both of these. They came with a fabric sleeve which really protects the fan when thrown around in my large handbag. I will order more OMyTea fans in different designs and colourways. Seller shipped immediately and package arrived 2 days before due date which is brilliant because I only opted for free delivery which I did not expect to arrive that fast. As an after-note: I have already about half a dozen hand held fans; one in every handbag; others in my desk at home; none was OMyTea but cheaper products, pretty though; my favourite from those does not make as much wind as the OMyTea fan and I have just this minute ago put a new OMyTea fan in my everyday handbag and removed the other one! - I don't live in a hot humid country but in Southwest Scotland and I have no Asian background but I love hand held fans as I can quickly cool down when suddenly experiencing hot flushes; it saved me from fainting and collapsing when visiting the cathedral in Funchal on 1st November where at least two people fainted and one English woman was standing right next to me who collapsed and were taken by medics to the hospital. So, I am never going anywhere without a fan in my bag.

Beautiful, lightweight and lovely match for my outfit used a lot as the event was held in a series of very hot rooms, several people said they wished they're had the forethought to get themselves a fan, as they were using the program and order of service
