Ordered in July, first one came in and seller had a card in the box with their email address. I did as instructions on charging. But did not work. So I emailed the seller and they responded quickly and shipped me out a new one. Was finally able to use this past weekend (Labor Day). I did my 2 dogs and my 2 grand fur babies. Really loved the light and the tiny clipper head to get the bottom of their paw pads. Because of the light I noticed a soft bump growing on the side next to the top of the large back pad on my fur grandbabie. Had my daughter come to look at it. She was able to remove the cyst (she works in the medical field) fur baby seemed to move around faster and better afterwards. The light makes a world of difference on seeing what you are doing. I really like these clippers. I would highly recommend this seller very responsive and truly cares about their products.

With a new puppy, noises are often scary and can freak the dog out. My puppy, especially, has a difficult time not getting scared by new experiences and noises. With this paw trimmer, though, my puppy had no problem! I let her sniff it first, and then turned it on near her to get her used to the noise (which is very quiet), and then she adjusted to it very quickly! The trimmer works perfectly, is very quiet, and super easy to use. I would recommend this product highly to pet owners who are looking for an easy way to trim their pet's paws.

Doesn't cut that great

This product is unsafe for your pet. In less than two minutes the stainless steel outer tip/blade rises to a high temperature, BURNING YOUR PET. My small pup screamed in pain when the clipper tip touched her foot pads. It was burning her! I was just trying to clip her paws. Most of these clippers have a failure to protect and keep your animal safe. This one sure does. I feel this should be reported to the SPCA and anyone else who can get this off of the market. If you buy this, you are torturing your animals. Truly this is not what you’re meaning to do. WARNING THIS BURNS YOUR PET. I tested this clipper fresh out of the box. Less than two minutes it was burning hot the temperature. It is safety hazard and the sellers don’t care.

It doesn't cut effectively. I tried several times and ended up not using it.

My Corgi approves this trimmer over manual scissor cutting of his paw beans fur. I give him pawdicure once a month, and this trimmer cut the fur between the paw beans cleanly and quickly, so I can get through my task without him fussing. He doesn’t mind the minor vibration nor the blades touching his paws. The rechargeable battery lasts through the entire pawdicure session. Just be sure to charge it fully before the session. Highly recommend.

So wished I’d bought this years ago. I have the normal size usb clippers and they’re great also, but for doing ears and feet this is divine. Doesn’t seem to startle her as much as the larger ones, quieter and able to reach small places and not as warm as some clippers I’ve had that could cook an egg. Great price, I’d been watch it for a bit then it hit a lightning deal and I snagged a set.

At first impression I liked it it because the blade was small enough for my puppies paw. I liked how it had a flash light making it easier to see. HOWEVER, After about 20min of using it for the first time ..it died. I tried to charge it for hrs but once trying to turn it back on… it would not turn on. It would only turn back on if the charger was plugged into it. SO this means it only works when charger is plugged but it does not work at all once it is unplugged making it hard to work with..Sad that it only worked for 20 min then it died out on me after 1st use….
