Sautee, fry, grill. Use in soups, sauces, gravy, or even raw in salads. To Reconstitute Meadow Mushrooms: Thoroughly rinse mushrooms. Soak 8 ounces of liquid per 1 ounce mushrooms for 20 minutes. To store reconstituted mushrooms, keep in an air-tight container in the fridge.
