I bought this item little over a month ago. I used it ONLY once. Today, when tried to use it, it won't work. I can't return it because its over a month!! Either I got a bad piece or the quality of item it not good.

Very good, we are on vacation and the stick is often used for its purpose. Like it and very handy, awesome.

may work with other phones, will not work with a Droid.

The Peardio Selfie Stick is my first selfie stick and my first interaction with a product of this kind. I was first interested in owning a selfie stick, because although they look a little silly, I thought it would be helpful/useful for trips and vacations that my husband and I take on our own. I take a lot of photos, but find it difficult to burden other tourists to ask them to stop and take a moment to take our picture. This product seemed like the perfect solution.The Peardio Selfie Stick arrived in nice packaging, that walked me through each of the steps I needed to follow in order to assemble and access the proper tools in my phone to connect the stick physically and through the phone photo settings. I found the instructions incredibly helpful, as they provided a quick and simple step-by-step guide.Connecting the phone to the holster piece is simple. The top part of the holster works like a clamp, and allows you to pull it up to fit your phone inside before lowering it to tightly hold your phone in place. The top and bottom portions of the holster clamp are covered with a gripping rubber to ensure your phone does not slip out. I am very please with how securely the phone fits in. I feel comfortable using the selfie stick without worrying whether my phone will fall out.A few concerns I have about the product are that the adjusting clip on the bottom of the holster, does not seem to tighten the holster in place. Typically, these clips allow you to adjust the angle of the holster and then you would tighten the clip to tightly keep the holster at that angle. On the Selfie Stick I received, this was not the case. I can loosen and tighten the clip, but when at it's tightest, it doesn't hold the holster in place/at an angle. Another concern I have, is that the handle is difficult to slide in and out to adjust the length of the stick. It's fairly stiff and takes some effort to adjust the length of the stick. I may try to apply some WD40 to see if that will resolve the issue.Overall, the Peardio Selfie Stick is a fine product that could be better with a few small adjustments. The use of the stick is easy and I found it to be a simple process to take the photos - much nicer than having to burden others for a quick photo.Disclosure: I received this item at little or no cost in exchange for review. I take many hikes with my children. I am the worst at taking selfies. I have the shortest arms and I feel like I can never get the proper angle. This selfie camera stick is great for all Apple iOS and all Android version 4.2 and higher. I happen to be using an Android when I used the stick. It was fairly easy to use and set up. The first step is to launch your camera app. Next click on the gear icon. You select the volume key option to "the camera key" or capture. Take your phone to insert the cable attached to the selfie stick into your audio port on your phone. Step 5. go to your camera app and take the Selfies and photos and videos using the button on the selfie handle. This selfie stick was very nice because it has an expandable clamp. It basically helps hold your phone nice and tight, without allowing it to fall out. When I plug in the cord, my camera was ready to go. I pushed the selfie button and begun taking plenty of selfies. The great thing about this selfie stick is that you don't need to download an application. The other thing that I really like about it is that you can also film videos of yourself if you really needed to. This selfie stick doesn't take a battery so you don't have to charge it. You just snap away, because it runs off the charge of your phone. I have Android Galaxy Edge Note. The selfie stick clamp did not interfere with my edge screen. The selfie stick I believe only has one option as to how to set up your phone. The clamp does not extend enough to set it up horizontally. I am fine with that, I feel more secure having it my phone sideways anyway. This is a very nice selfie stick that extends quite far. I am very happy with the purchase of this product. This selfie stick is so much better than the selfie sticks I've purchased before. Unlike the selfie stick that I first had, this selfie stick is sturdy and holds your phone very securely. It is very easy to adjust the length and the angle of the phone and once you adjust it it will not shift its position until you change it. It does take some effort to extend the length of the selfie stick but once you get used to it, it wont be a problem. Also, the selfie stick come with a button that will allow you to take pictures on the handle. All you have to do if you have an iPhone is connect it to the audio port, and the button works. If you don't have an iPhone you can get it to work by going on your phones settings. The instructions are on the back of the box. I like this selfie stick with the cord. No need to worry about batteries and pairing it to bluetooth. Its so easy to use and takes beautiful pictures. The clamp is strong and secure that prevents phones from falling out & holds all smartphones.
