These are 2 ounces - which had a looser casing and were a fattier content compared to the 1 ounce Jimmy Dean’s original uncooked sausage links we used to be able to purchase in a grocery store.

Can't go wrong with Jimmy Dean. I've had these in restaurants and at brunches. I've heard other people ask about the brand too and they were told it is just a pork sausage. One place let the cat out of the bag and said Jimmy Dean. Amazon is the only place I could find these nice big and very tasty breakfast sausages.

These 2" sausages are amazing! My husband and I used to work at a large brand hotel and they served 2" sausages for convention breakfasts. We have missed them since leaving there and I have been trying to find them online for years. These sausages come very close to what we love so much about the hotels sausages. Seems pricey, but it includes shipping and it cam in a Styrofoam cooler and dry ice packs. So everything was still frozen when it arrived. I will be buying again and again when needed.
