I like the ingredients but I wasn't impressed with flavor so I added vanilla and it was a game changer. Not bad at all.. I might try a little less liquid next time as the batter was quite watery.

Love this pancake mix.
I love buckwheat pancakes. This mix is delicious. They say to add honey, but I don't like sweet pancakes so I don't. I use 2% milk and regular oil.

I ordered that flour because I thought it was gluten free but it turned out it is not so now I am stuck with an item I cannot use. Not very happy about your descriptions and your products
