I ordered the 3 pack, it came with 2 black and 1 color. They were easy to install and worked well right away. One of the black ones was no recognized by my printer, so it didn't work. However, this companies customer service is top-notch. I emailed them and received a response the same day. After running through some troubleshooting with the cartridge, they sent me a replacement. It was taken care of so effortlessly that I didn't even mind that the cartridge didn't work. They were nice, attentive, and they replaced what was broken. We will be making our ink purchases from them from now on. Thank You!

I have been having issues with the printer manufacture's print cartridges lately. I started looking for a quality after market print cartridge to replace the printers manufactured print cartridge and I feel I have found it. This cartridge is half the price and it works better then the manufactures print cartridge. I will buy this again.

I do a lot of card crafting, and I need my printed messages in my cards to look nice and clean. I also do a lot of baking, and a clean and clear print is important, especially in a new recipe. Print cartridges work great in my HP Envy 5530 printer. I don't print much, and I am always amazed how expensive HP cartridges are. I have considered just buying a new printer instead. That is until I found good quality refilled cartridges. They are half the price and work perfectly. Although my printer gives a message that they are not brand new HP cartridges, they still print flawlessly. Highly recommend.

The ink was a great price and works great. I have used both black and color ink cartridge so far and they both have worked as well as the name brand and they cost a fraction of the price. No issues putting into printer either.

My printer detected that this was not a genuine HP cartridge. Once I acknowledge this on the printer it has been working great! From now on I will always buy this product from this seller. The product arrived quickly and in excellent condition.
