Great Customer Service
Unfortunately 1 of the 2 bulbs arrived smashed. Due to Amazon’s automated chats and the inabilityto get any customer service, I decided to contact Lightsave directly hoping for a resolution. I spoke to very nice lady who arranged a full refund within 10/15 mins of our phone call. Brilliant customer service from Lightsave. Would use again!

Bulbs are as listed. One broken though.
Bulbs turned up in their correct individual boxes. These were together in a bespoke box.This box was then wrapped in bubble wrap and inside a normal Amazon dispatch box wrapped in the usual brown paper.Opened one bulb box and bulb war shattered. Other bulb ok and installed and works OK.Other people have reported bulbs turning up broken and I'm afraid I have had the same experience.

Arrived within 24 hours
This product was recieved in the Scottish Highlands within 24 hours of the order being placed. the packaging was good so there was no damage to parcel, or contents. Well satisfied. Thank you.
