It provides you with an understanding of the role of government and citing legal primary sources, then moves to secondary sources and ultimately ends on the legal writing aspects on briefs, motions and many others. This is a help to those who are enrolled in the paralegal program.Also purchased this brand new and it came in perfect condition. Great to class material!!!

Great book!

This was a required textbook but I could have gone without it. Most of the information I needed could be found in another required textbook so it was almost like a duplicate of that book. Nonetheless, this book have very comprehensive and detailed information on how to go about legal research and legal writing. It features screenshots of images from Westlaw and Nexis Lexis for reference which is a plus because this book works in conjunction with those research platforms. It's a good book to have and can come in handy if you're trying to understand and learn more about acquiring knowledge in both these fields.
