I take boron every single day. It helps to strengthen bones, regulate hormones (for men and women), helps with cognition, heart protective. Look up the article on line "Nothing Boring Abour Boron." From my own personal experience, it has elliminated aching joints, my skin looks great and I don't get night sweats. I'd definitely suggest checking out that article. Well it’s a tablet, or rather capsule 💊, so easy to swallow.So why do I take it? Well I have severe pain in my knee and elbow due to injuries. And several weeks ago I read an article that stated Boron helped with bone strength and joint pain. So sceptically I bought a month supply (1 capsule per day) within a week I thought I was experiencing less pain so read up on Boron a bit more. I believe this retailer recommends 1 capsule a day, but for MY issues it seemed 20mg a day was the recommended dose. So for the remainder of the pack I took 1 capsule in the morning and one at night. When I ran out I realised how much it was relieving my pain/joint issues.Prior to Boron I took Tramadol, ibuprofen 500, paracetamol and other medication daily for pain, now paracetamol and only the stronger stuff on really bad days.My advice, try it it won’t harm you but it may help a lot.
