Color:Black Experience the freedom of never worrying about a dead device again no matter where life takes you! The solar living 6w solar bank provides many benefits that most competitors lack, which is the combination of self-storage energy and sufficient solar power! Each device comes standard with four foldable mono-crystalline panels, dual USB outputs, touch screen power button, solar charge indicator light as well as power level indicator lights. Dual charging capabilities Charge the internal battery using the 6 watt solar cells attached or with the provided micro USB cord. Fully charging the bank with solar may vary in time, ideal situations would be clear skies on a southern exposure which would take about 10 peak sun hrs. Fully charging with the provided USB will take around 8-10 hrs. Dual USB ports Charge two devices at the same time with a total output of 3amp's. Port one is a standard 5v 1a output, port two is a high speed 5v 2a output. High capacity lithium ion battery The internal lithium ion battery stores 10000mah's of power with can be used to power all 5v USB compatible devices. 4 High efficient mono-crystalline cells Mono-crystalline cell technology is one of the most efficient time tested ways of converting sun light into power and can reach efficiencies of over 20% Why buy from solar living? Powerful and compact for what it does
I'm a junkie for power banks, and I'm a backpacker who hauls a small flexible solar panel and carries a separate power bank to keep me going on the trail for days. I picked this bank up as a more compact way to carry both the solar panel and bank in one small package. It's the same size and weight as my Samsung S5 with Anker extended battery/case setup, so it's pocket sized or will fit in your pack in many locations. It's not waterproof, so if you plan on being outdoors in bad weather, just pack it in a zip-loc bag and you're good to go.I've only cycled a full charge on it, so I'll have to wait and see how it holds up after one or two more full cycles (instructions say that after 2 full charges/discharges it works better). This is true for about any lithium ion battery. It seems to charge at a very sufficient speed on the 2A port. I'm using a higher quality cable than the one that came with it, but the included cable will do the job but just take a little longer. A USB 3.0 cable seems to be working just fine so far.I'm taking one star away only because it's not at least water resistant, and if it had some sort of loops to attach to a pack when hiking, it would be perfect.

Awesome
This is an awesome battery bank. A full charge will charge my phone more than two times and my tablet at least once. The battery bank itself takes about the same time that my phone does to charge up by cord. It looks very nice and is about the size of my phone so doesn't take up much room. I take it to work with me and it fits right into my scrubs. As for the solar....that's where the one star loss comes in. I have two of these and neither seems to have the solar part actually working.I just got back from a 3 week driving trip through New Mexico, Arizona, California, and Oregon. I had both chargers on the dash all day the whole time and never got even an indication that it was charging. But for my lifestyle its not really absolutely necessary for me to have it. I just thought it would have been cool.

Don't fall for this trap
I am very disappointed. Despite of all the negative reviews, I still wanted to give this device a fair chance, since I really like the concept. However, I didn't even get as far as trying out the solar panels since the fully charged power bank could not even load my usual smartphone half way. The first half hour of loading works perfectly but after the first of the 5 power lights is used up, it just dies and does not charge anymore. I tried recharging it several times but nothing changed. Either this device has just around 1000 of the advertised 10,000 mAH or it is just a misconstruction.

update review second one
I writing my second review. I just got this one today after shipping back the first one. It seem to be ok out of the box and when you touch the button the 4 blue lights lit up as they are suppose to. The other one you had to press it you just could not touch it. I charge it as they subjested and after a full charge the blue lights went out. I unplug it try to touch the button no blue lights try again and again still no blue lights. Try changing it the 4 blue light came on and after a minute they turn off which tell me it fully charge. I unplug it and try again to touch the button no blue lights to tell if charge or not. I plug it into my phone the 4 blues came on and it was charging my phone. As point out this is my scond one and another issue. At this point I would tell people keep your money and I believe the electronics may not be stable. I understand about getting maybe one bad but not two. I guess it made in China so what else is there to say at this point unless the company wants to send one to me after they check it out and that works I be more then happy to send this one to them. If you read the reviews the small amount of them I am not to sure why I keep getting bad ones. The company seem to be good anyway I love for this to work right but I will update this review again to let people know if it works or not. if you figure on getting one the company like I point out is good and amazon backs products so you should have no fears about trying one I just can not recommended at this time.

This is the best yet
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. This is the best power bank I have tested, without even including the fact that it can charge with sunlight (which makes it even cooler by a factor of ten).I test all the power banks I get in the same way for speed. I charge them fully then see how much they can charge my phone in 5 minutes. This one beat every other power bank (solar or otherwise) that I tested, much to my surprise. It charges at a whopping 5% in 5 minutes. My fast charge plug charges at between 4 and 5% in that same time. Most other power banks if they are better than average will do 4%, average ones will do about 3%. So I am really impressed that this one does so well. This solar charger can charge both with the sun, and traditionally with the cord. That is REALLY nice. And it HOLDS it's charge. Some solar chargers will charge only when the sun is out but then don't retain any charge in a battery to hold (the power from the sun goes right to the phone, so no sun = no charge). But it's really nice that this one is a true battery storage and that it can charge both ways, via outlet or via sunlight and it will store power just like a traditional power bank does. It makes it a MUST HAVE item when camping or if you are hiking in the outdoors.10,000 mAh (milliamp hours) is a mid range size for a power bank. Not huge, not small. This should charge your phone 2 times, or more if it is a lower featured device. The higher the features and larger it is, the more power a device will pull. So there isn't a set rule for how many times it will charge your device. My charger came with a single usb cord that you can use with a wall adapter to charge it. Turn it around and then it can also charge an android device as well. If you have an apple device, you must supply your own charging cord. This can also charge two devices simultaneously, but you need to provide the extra cord to do so. This will charge ANY USB powered device. Most will be able to use the same cord as came with the charger unless they are apple products.Charging the power bank via the sun is about half as fast as using an outlet to charge it. But what you lose in speed you are gaining in freedom to go anywhere with this little charger, and you're getting essentially free power when you use the sun as the charging agent. This power bank because it is solar costs more than standard power banks, which may run between 15 and 35 dollars for the same capacity. I feel the price currently is pretty fair for having the extra bonus of solar powered, and that it still has dual charging ports and is compact for what it is. It's a little larger (fatter) than standard power banks, but the extra girth is because of the solar panels that fold up flat against the unit. I'm actually shocked at how small they were able to make it.Edit 8/17/16 - Still pleased with this power bank. Took it camping this summer and it worked as it was designed to.
