Kid Concoctions Ultimate Book of Book Concoctions Colossal Activity Set with 80 Page Book

We got this kit as a gift from friends. The "Pizzazal" paint has so little pigment in it all the colors are almost grey. When you mix it with detergent to make window paint (per instructions on the bottles) it is runny and colorless - very disappointing for a kid! The activity book has some good ideas, but most of the activities involve using one kind of paint mixed with other household products to create another kind of paint. If you use the "Pizzazal" paint provided, this results in colorless concoctions. In addition, the activities in the book are supposed to use common household products, but most activities require a trip to the store. Afterall not many of us have borax or several cups of white glue (as opposed to the usual small bottle) on hand. My kid loved trying the activities but was dissappointed with the results.

We purchased this product for our kids to use for both school and for fun at home. My wife and I were very happy with the product, not only did our kids have fun they also learned quite a bit. It is great for summer vacation coming up and our kids teachers purchased one to use in the classroom. Very well done!
