My 4-year-old daughter is finally into princess things. Before that, it was all Dora. I looked at other vanitys and although the plastic ones are flashy, they are also cheap and breakable. This vanity, however, is very sturdy! The chair supports my weight at 211 lbs. Comes with 2 jewelry boxes, 1 sings, the other is just storage. The mirror is solid, and the design is simple.Assembly took 10 minutes!!! Easy as pie. All you need is a phillips-head for 8 bolts and that's it. The legs for the table and chair simply twist into place, no screwing or bolting required. The chair is beautiful and comfortable.This is good ol' fashion fun here. Nothing flashy and fake. Something a child will appreciate and take care of for years to come, and the wood can be easily customized to fit the desires of the child. A+++++

This vanity set is Sooooo much better than the plastic ones available elsewhere!! It was easy to assemble and very well constructed. The pillows for the chair are elegant with gold tassles. This set is over the top!This was a Christmas present. I opened it a little early just to sneak a peek. To my shock, the wrong item had been sent. I had gotten some sort of construction-themed table. I was in a panic, b/c my little princess was going to be pretty disappointed. This was after 9 pm. I sent a email to Amazon's customer service before going to bed. When I checked my email the next morning, they already had a replacement heading my way. Christmas was saved, and my daughter could not be happier!This is a great product, and Amazon's customer service could not have been better!!!!

I had to gorilla glue the hinges down because that spring inside the piece to open the toy box, is SO STRONG it made the hinges completely rip out of the wood. I was so sad & disappointed at first because this product is so beautiful. My daughter loves it. However, the gorilla glue kept everything in tact once dried. I hope it stays that way or I’m going to cry. 😭 💔

Some cracks in the mdf where the staples holding the Velcro on.Wood glue was completely dried up and couldn’t be used.A couple of scratches where the paint was missing.Safety Hinge came apart from where it was screwed to the back piece.Packing was good.

I bought this for my daughter in 2011...it is now 2024 and still in amazing condition! This was not cheaply made. I put this together myself, it was not hard at all. She just recently moved out and took this with her for storage. This is a great piece to get your little girl to store toys and other fun things. Definitely recommend.

This is a beautiful vanity, it came in the dark purple/pink color instead of the hot pink I thought I was ordering. The other issue is, its not real wood so the chair actually broke after about 2 days. It was loose the day we put it together and we continued to try and tighten it. It eventually hollowed out and now we have to figure something out.

The bench is great, definitely thought it was going to be bigger. It was pretty simple to assemble, where I’m having difficulty to assemble and still haven’t is the part that holds up the bench NO MATTER which way you put the part, it was cracking the bench so the bench is not able to be held on its own. The bench is itself is super adorable, very princess like, my daughter loves it just am gets scared of the bench slamming down.

The box finally arrived today and I was extremely excited to put it together. I opened the box and cussed out loud! Staring my in the face was assembly instructions for the princess vanity (not the bench). I was very happy to look under the paper and see the makings of a bench. My husband, laughing, said, "you need to return this one." But I really wanted it for my daughter. After some searching we were able to find assembly instructions online. Laying out all the peices, I discovered that we didn't have enough screws in our package as volley for in the instructions. In fact, FOUR screws were missing. My husband - seeing my disappointment - was took over and found two critical screws and assembled the bench. But, two screws are still missing from the baseboard.In all, the bench is cute, but this has to be the worst experience I've had putting an item together. Sloppy packing by the manufacturer. I will not be purchasing from this company again.
