Very nice cup of tea to help you relax and get a little nutrition too.

My brother-in-law is Israeli and has grown his own "Luisa" for years which i have become accustomed to during Sabbath meals. He has not had a bumper crop for 3 years now so i hesitate to ask him for some for personal use. After researching the internet, this Lemon Verbena is what he has been growing.The only problem is I underestimated how much 5 oz is. I have enough for many years!It comes in a very thick resealable bag but I take out a portion into another container so as to avoid exposing the contents repeatedly to the air.

I use this for tea. It is excellent for soothing the stomach

I thought this would be more leaf-like, but it's ground very fine, too fine. Very light on flavor.

To be fair, I grow my own Lemon Verbena in the summer and bought this in hopes to keep our favorite blend of Rooibos Lemon Verbena tea going till my summer harvest. We were GREATLY disappointed in the flavor of this product. Alone it has a mushroomy, dust flavor with only the slightest hint of lemon verbena. We tried rinsing it in cold water first, that helped some, but still a lot of mushroom and a general "staleness" came through more than the brightness of Lemon Verbena. It might be old, it may be produced on machines that also work some kind of mushroom supplement, not sure but if you're after the delightful bright Lemon Verbena flavor in this product- try something else.

Great taste! The bag is resealable so I don’t have to worry about the leaves going bad.
